Pune (Onsite) | 4–6 years

Mumbai (Kandivali, Onsite) | 6–8 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off)

Role Overview -

We are hiring a Salesforce Tech Lead with proven expertise in Salesforce and CRM Analytics. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions while mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead Salesforce solution design and technical implementation.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, ensuring coding best practices.

Manage custom applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Ensure system security, performance, and data quality.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and tools.

Required Skills-

Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).

CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) – Mandatory.

Proficiency in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.

Expertise in API integrations (REST/SOAP), automation, and data modeling.
