Job Description:

Talent Shapers Orbit is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English to non-English speakers, focusing on basic reading and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic English (reading, writing, speaking) to students with little or no prior knowledge of the language.

Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of beginner learners.

Conduct interactive sessions to improve vocabulary, spelling, and sentence formation.

Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.

Create a supportive and encouraging classroom environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English, preferably to non-English speakers.

Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).

Patience and excellent communication skills.

Ability to simplify concepts for beginner-level learners.

Passion for teaching and helping others grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in TEFL/TESOL/ESL or equivalent (not mandatory but a plus).

Experience in adult education or spoken English programs is an advantage.
