About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative content writer with exceptional English skills to craft high-impact social and digital content. You’ll own ideas from brief to publish—headlines, hooks, captions, ad copy, scripts, emails, and landing pages—measured by engagement and conversions. We see AI as an enabler, not a competitor; smart writers use it to move faster, think wider, and ship better work—while the craft remains human.
Key responsibilities
• Ideate and write platform-native content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube (posts, reels/shorts scripts, carousels, stories).
• Write performance-oriented ad copy for Meta/Google/LinkedIn; A/B test hooks and CTAs.
• Build content calendars, copy decks, and tight creative briefs for design/video teams.
• Convert insights & trends into thumb-stopping ideas; develop brand voice guidelines.
• Optimize for SEO basics and social discoverability (keywords, hashtags, metadata).
• Repurpose long ↔ short form without losing clarity or voice.
• Coordinate with the client as required
• Collaborate closely with strategy/design; iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
• Track results and translate learning into sharper copy.
Must-have skills
• Impeccable English: grammar, brevity, flow, and persuasive storytelling.
• Proven portfolio across social posts, ad copy, short-video scripts, landing pages.
• Strong concepting and headline craft; adaptable to multiple brand voices.
• AI as an accelerator: Comfortable using GenAI for brainstorming, outlines, and variations—while ensuring originality, brand safety, and factual accuracy (you own the final draft).
• Tools: Google Docs/Sheets, Grammarly/Hemingway; familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
• Speed + attention to detail; manage multiple brands and tight deadlines.

Hiring process
