This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-up calls . The position aims to build strong customer relationships, generate new leads, and support sales growth by effectively managing customer interactions and data.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead data using Excel and CRM tools.

Requirements
