Job Description:
Role: Sales Manager
Based in: Mumbai / Work from Office
Work Timings: 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm
Reporting to: Business Head
Experience required: Minimum 5 years of work experience mandatory in the field
of architect based interior / exterior products.
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is able to identify new business opportunities
in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. To excel
in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a
hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads
Job Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to promote interior/exterior products to architects, designers, and builders.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, PMC consultants, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
● Identify new project opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.
● Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust strategies.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for product training and promotional activities.
● Prepare and present sales reports to management
