Key Responsibilities
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials and sales tools.
• Handle client presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Track campaign performance and generate reports on sales and marketing metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Prior selling exposure to HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) is preferred.
Requirements
• 1–2 year of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in beverage, FMCG.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for the non-alcoholic beverage industry and knowledge of market trends.
