Hands-on MS-word and MS Excel (Formatting, Vlookup, Hlookup, Reverse Vlookup, Pivot Table, Count Function, Sum Function, Index Match, Data Analysis, Data Validation).

* Google App Script, Google Sheets, Google Forms, SOPs, Looker Studio

* Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script (JavaScript-based).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with non-technical members.

* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and workflow automation patterns.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
