Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to bring in qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels.
• Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and close deals.
• Maintain and update the CRM with relevant client information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to understand marketing services like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms is preferred.
