Overview
This role focuses on driving retail sales by engaging and educating consumers about nutrition and brand offerings at assigned stores. The position aims to enhance customer experience, increase product awareness, and achieve high conversion rates through effective communication and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers at retail locations to educate them on nutrition and product benefits.
- Promote brand offerings clearly and persuasively to drive sales conversions.
- Provide daily reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both local language and English.
- Graduates and Postgraduates, including freshers, are welcome.
- Minimum education of 12th pass;
- Experience in customer engagement or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent detailing and convincing skills to influence customer decisions.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
- Prior internship or experience in retail sales or customer service.
