- Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- The role demands excellent multilingual communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong multitasking abilities are essential to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The executive assistant contributes to enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, anticipating executive needs, and proactively resolving issues.
- Additional duties may include organizing events, managing correspondence, and supporting project coordination to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate communication across multiple languages to support diverse teams and clients.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in project management tasks and follow up on action items.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
