Qualification:- Chartered Accountant

Location:- Pune

Experience:- 1 to 3 Years

 Responsibilities.

• Tax Compliances (GST, TDS & Direct Tax)

• Conducting Compliance & Management Audit, with focus on GST, SEZ and EOU Audits.

• Finalizing the Audit Reports with focus on quality and continuous improvements 

• Providing guidance for setting up systems and support to clients for their Statutory Compliances and ensuring proper flow of documentation

• Preparation & Verification of various refund claim applications.

• Conduct concurrent Audits related to GST, EOU, SEZ & Exim related matters. 

• Providing support to clients for obtaining export / any other benefit available under the various schemes issued by the Ministry of Commerce

• Support for Departmental Audit

• Continuous updation and contribution to the Knowledge Bank

• The role requires a person who should have posseses knowledge of commercial, financial laws and regulatory laws

• Some litigation experience (internship) related to Indirect tax matters will be an added advantage

• Interpretation of Law and Drafting skills essential as the work profile will include handling of matters pertaining to Income Tax and all acts under indirect taxation. Further Drafting of writs/appeals before different forums, legal notices, recovery notices etc

• Advising on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and Goods and Services Tax laws.

• Representation of matters before authorities at various levels
