- Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective buyers, providing detailed information about available properties, and scheduling site visits or meetings with sales teams.
- The position also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating the customer database regularly.
- For the Sales Cum Office Coordinator role, additional duties include supporting sales operations, coordinating office activities, managing documentation, and assisting with client follow-ups.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential to build rapport and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- The role demands working collaboratively with the sales team to meet monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
