Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
✅ Maintain HR records and employee databases.
✅ Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
✅ Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
✅ Help in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
✅ Conduct market research and benchmark HR practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹 Passion for HR management and renewable energy.
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
🔹 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
🔹 Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
