Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Bengaluru, Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Pune
Experience: 3–5 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the internal project team.
Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning work to labour to execute the project.
The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. You need to have your bike.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to project coordinators and managers.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field/ Education is no barrier if the candidate is well experienced.
Prior experience in handling commercial interior projects
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to read technical drawings and manage on-site resources effectively
