# Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle daily operational coordination and backend support activities.

* Maintain dealer and distributor data records.

* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow.

* Follow up with dealers/customers regarding orders and requirements.

* Prepare reports, Excel data, and operational updates.

* Manage communication through calls, WhatsApp.

* Support business development activities from office.

* Maintain proper documentation and customer database.

* Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch updates.

* Ensure timely response to dealer queries and operational issues.

# Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication).

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

* Positive attitude and team-working ability.

* Ability to handle office operations professionally.
