Junior Engineer Automation Testing

 We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer / SDET with strong expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD practices.

⚠️ Mandatory Skills for Shortlisting:

 ✅ Playwright

 ✅ SerenityJS

Candidates without hands-on experience in Playwright & SerenityJS will not be considered for this role.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

 ✔️ Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright & SerenityJS

 ✔️ Build scalable automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript

 ✔️ Perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools

 ✔️ Integrate automation suites with Jenkins / GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines

 ✔️ Develop and execute BDD scenarios using Cucumber

 ✔️ Perform Regression, Integration, System & End-to-End Testing

 ✔️ Debug and resolve automation and test failures

 ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SDLC

 ✔️ Work with Git, Docker & Kubernetes environments

 ✔️ Conduct Accessibility (A11y) testing based on WCAG guidelines

 ✔️ Support desktop automation testing when required

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

 🔹 3+ Years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles

 🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Playwright & SerenityJS (Mandatory)

 🔹 Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

 🔹 Experience in REST API Testing (Postman or similar)

 🔹 Hands-on experience with Jenkins / GitHub Actions

 🔹 Experience with Cucumber BDD framework

 🔹 Strong knowledge of Git & version control workflows

 🔹 Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes

 🔹 Understanding of Accessibility Testing (A11y & WCAG)

 🔹 Strong debugging & problem-solving skills

 🔹 Excellent communication & collaboration skills
