Job Description:
Own and grow a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners within an assigned city. Drive revenue growth, strengthen executive relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 30–40 high-value restaurant accounts (60–80 in IndiaNext cities), including chains and multi-outlet brands.
Build relationships with franchise owners, regional managers, and operational leaders.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to understand partner needs, resolve challenges, and improve adoption.
Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance reports, and growth plans.
Analyze account performance, customer trends, and market benchmarks to identify opportunities.
Create executive-ready presentations, ROI models, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and improve partner outcomes.
Own a portion of city-level revenue and growth targets.
Conduct 60–70 in-person partner meetings each month.
What We're Looking For
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to support restaurant partners in a dynamic, round-the-clock business environment.
Skills
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, forecasting, and data visualization.
Ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM preferred.
Working knowledge of the restaurant ecosystem, including unit economics, delivery operations, margins, competitive landscape, and aggregator dynamics.
Experience managing large accounts or multi-location businesses is a plus.
