Job Description:
Education: Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) with B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting from a reputed university.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Billing, Cash Application, Customer Master Data Management, Credit Management, Collections, and Accounts Receivable. Minimum 3 years of experience as an SME in similar processes.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Advanced Excel skills including IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Aging Reports, Date Functions, and Text-to-Columns.
Key Responsibilities: Execute complex OTC activities related to billing, cash application, customer master setup, credit management, collections, reporting, and compliance. Ensure achievement of SLA/KPI targets, maintain accuracy and turnaround times, provide regular status updates, interact with customers through calls and emails, identify process gaps, implement controls, drive process improvements, and support stakeholder management.
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach, high accountability, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to work ANZ shifts (starting between 2–3 AM IST), work from office 5 days a week including one weekend during month-end close, support extended working hours during peak periods, and be medically fit for shift operations.
