Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery and adoption.

Define PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.

Identify user needs, product gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

Technology & Integrations

Partner with Data Engineering, Salesforce, SAP, and Application Development teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Understand APIs, data models, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.

Support analytics and reporting initiatives using Power BI or Tableau.

Project & Vendor Management

Manage external vendors and technology partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Drive project execution, governance, testing, risk management, and release readiness.

Maintain project plans, documentation, and operating procedures.

Business & Financial Management

Manage project budgets, vendor spend, and investment planning.

Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI assessment for digital initiatives.

Stakeholder & Change Management

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into product solutions.

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Drive adoption through training, communication, and user engagement.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process enhancement.

Use feedback, analytics, and industry best practices to continuously improve products and platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.

Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, SAP integrations, analytics tools, and enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, APIs, data engineering, and system design.
