Job Description:
Join our Global Markets US Sales CAO team and partner with senior leaders across Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Research to drive business growth, client strategy, and performance management for the US Global Markets business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives using data-driven insights on revenue trends, client penetration, wallet share, onboarding, and business performance.
Prepare management presentations, business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and senior leadership reporting.
Partner with Business Heads, Regional COOs, and corporate functions to execute key business priorities.
Build reporting frameworks and monitor progress against business objectives.
Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve business issues.
Manage audit actions, business continuity planning (BCM), and expense tracking.
Requirements
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in Equities and Fixed Income markets with exposure to institutional client businesses.
Flexibility to work in a global environment; occasional US travel may be required.
