Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end web application development within a services or consulting environment. The candidate should have hands-on expertise across the SDLC, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and proprietary code.
Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Recommend system architecture and technology solutions based on business needs.
Follow coding, security, testing, and development best practices.
Develop responsive UIs and integrate with REST APIs.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Independently own development tasks and software delivery outcomes.
Create technical documentation, presentations, and reusable assets.
Mentor junior team members, conduct quality reviews, and deliver technical trainings.
Contribute to team IP, best practices, and knowledge development.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support project generation.
Stay updated on emerging open-source technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
PostgreSQL performance optimization and SQL design.
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, responsive UI development, and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).
Experience with Material UI, Ant Design, and modern UI component libraries.
Proven experience building and supporting scalable web applications.
Git, Unix/Linux command line, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Cloud architecture and deployments on Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud using Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB.
File storage solutions, Highcharts, D3.js, Recharts.
Basic wireframing, Node.js, Jupyter Notebook.
React Native or Ionic mobile development.
Contributions to open-source projects, blogs, or technical communities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.
2–4 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
