Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop project roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑value functionality.
Agile Leadership
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple squads, facilitating sprint ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
Requirement athering & Backlog Management
Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Form and lead squads of developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to deliver projects in sprints.
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Risk & Stakeholder Management
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively drive resolution.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and expectation management.
Process Improvement
Streamline workflows, enhance environment consistency, and improve developer onboarding efficiency.
Guide adoption of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation practices to support delivery goals.
