Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and a basic understanding of ERP systems. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

* Present and promote company products/services effectively

* Follow up on leads and convert them into business

* Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role

* Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

* Experience or knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated
