Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Software Engineer with 5–8 years of

experience to manage Hearing Aid (HA) portfolio inputs and contribute to architectural decisions for

both existing and future systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise,

demonstrate ownership, and be comfortable collaborating within cross-functional and globally

distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Hearing Aid (HA) portfolio inputs

• Design system architecture and drive architectural decisions for current and future platforms

• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, scalable software components

• Collaborate with cross-functional component teams to ensure seamless integration

• Own and manage the access layer in alignment with Software and Enterprise Architects

• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the test infrastructure

• Contribute to system concept development and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of strong software development experience

• Extensive hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, WinForms, and SQL

• Experience developing and maintaining desktop applications using Windows Forms

(WinForms)

• Solid experience working in Agile software development environments

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience working with globally distributed development teams

• Self-driven mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

Good to Have

• Experience in the Hearing Aid (HA) domain

• Exposure to modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, Clean Architecture, and

Event-Driven Systems

• Practical experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
