Job Description:
Overview
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless facility operations that support a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environment. The position focuses on managing maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor relationships to uphold high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities management.
- Manage vendor contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, conduct safety audits, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and civil maintenance.
- Strong vendor management skills including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements and safety standards in facility operations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- Certification in facility management or related disciplines.
