Role Purpose
The Relationship Manager is responsible for closing property transactions, managing end to end client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle both - inbound & outbound leads for residential real estate projects
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
• Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with clients & developers
• Drive negotiations, booking, and closure of deals
• Maintain accurate CRM updates (leads, site visits, closures)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & post-sales support

• Basic understanding of RERA
• Comfortable with site visits & field sales
