Overview
This role focuses on managing and maintaining Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting IT infrastructure by administering servers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system updates.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Linux servers to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to Linux environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and command-line tools.
- Experience with system monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
