Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR / Non-IT Recruiter to handle bulk hiring for entry-level and blue-collar roles across multiple industries. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk hiring for Non-IT roles (delivery executives, warehouse staff, field staff, sales, operations, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Non-IT / Bulk Hiring
Experience in blue-collar / field workforce recruitment preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
