Overview
This role focuses on driving sales growth by recruiting and managing insurance agents to expand the distribution network for health insurance products. The position requires leveraging experience in insurance sales to build a strong agency force and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents from the open market to enhance sales reach.
- Manage and motivate the agency sales team to meet health insurance sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide training or support to improve agent productivity.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably with agency sales exposure.
- Undergraduate or graduate educational qualification.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and general insurance industry practices.
