Job Description:
We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our International Business team.
If you enjoy connecting with global customers, managing leads over calls, and driving business growth through smart tele-selling, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients and distributors.
Convert leads into active opportunities through consultative selling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email.
Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal & written communication in English (mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in telemarketing / inside sales / B2B sales / dealership sales.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Age: 25–30 years preferred.
