Operations Executive

 Job Summary:

 Weareseeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage our

 logistics, shipping, and sales invoice operations. The successful candidate will be responsible

 for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate processing of sales invoices, and providing

 exceptional customer service.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Logistics:- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure timely

 delivery of goods- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and monitor delivery performance- Resolve logistics-related issues and escalate to management as needed

 Shipping:- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with

 regulations- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status

 Sales Invoice:- Process and manage sales invoices, including data entry and reconciliation- Ensure accurate and timely billing, and resolve any discrepancies- Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate order processing and billing

 Additional Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records and reports, including logistics and sales data- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

 Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, and sales invoice operations- Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping regulations- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g. TMS, WMS)

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with sales invoice processing and accounts receivable
