- Supervise payroll executives and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Validate employee data, attendance, and related information to ensure payroll accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and payroll regulations.
- Experience in team leadership and managing payroll operations across multiple entities.
- Proficiency in payroll software and data validation techniques.
