Job Description:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION-OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ;(male Preferred)

Languages: Kannada, English & Hindi

Experience : Fresher 0-1 year of Customer service, Administrator

1. Handle all admin request coming from Head office staff and clinic locations. In particular tasks related to travel booking, purchase stationary/toiletries etc

2. Handle courier

3. Handle agreements, managing assets and inventory upkeep

4. Oversee printing requirement and coordinate the same

5. Undertake office repairs, maintenance etc

6. Manage office boy

7. Maintain database on software, phones, EB, assets, phone connection and ensure cost rationalization.

8. Organize meetings, conferences etc as requested by managers

9. Coordinate payments through voucher system and manage credit card

10. Upkeep and maintenance of building (daily) through office boys

11. Support CEO desk and SMT members request as and when required
