Overview

This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions, ensuring the acquisition of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. The consultant will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in non-technical hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques relevant to non-tech roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in Bangalore, particularly around BTM Layout.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
