Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Person join our team and contribute to the growth of our shooting kits and accessories division
▪️Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote shooting kits and accessories
▪️Organise & facilitate various trainings and workshops for coaches, shooters and parents
▪️Organise and Manage competition stalls to showcase products and engage with potential customers
▪️Visit shooting ranges to establish relationships with shooters, coaches, and shooting clubs
▪️Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the regional market
▪️Track and report sales performance and marketing activities to Senior management
Qualification and Experience:
▪️12th pass n above.
▪️Experience in the sports industry will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
▪️Proficient in English & Hindi
▪️Excellent sales and customer service skills
▪️Target oriented
▪️Open to travelling
Salary: Salary + Incentive + Yearly Growth
