Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

  • Gather and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering and product marketing teams.
  • Plan and conduct practical, impactful research throughout the entire product cycle from inception to completion, to answer the questions posed above and driving impact. 
  • Gather insights about customers from a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies and surveys etc.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to the appropriate stakeholders in the most engaging and actionable manner. 
  • Work closely with product teams to help them use research insights to make Groww better.
  • Actively seek opportunities for expanding capacity or optimising workflow with AI product and tools.
  • Work closely with analytics and data-science to tell a cohesive story about our product.
  • Act as an internal evangelist for customer and product research.

What you should have

  • 2-4 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for generative and evaluative research.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis and synthesis. 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong story-telling skills and an ability to frame insights into compelling narratives
  • Familiarity with developing or using product / marketing frameworks to align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience of working independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Experimenting with various tools, AI to unlock new use-cases in workflow. 
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform a wide variety of research-related tasks, including recruiting participants, liasioning with agencies, partnering with various teams to collaborate on projects.
