Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and securing business opportunities, while also managing existing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the recruitment industry.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's reach.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to ensure successful candidate placements.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales and Business Development:
Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement business development plans to achieve company goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent presentation and sales skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
