Job Description:
Flexy Manager is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint in the recruitment and IT staffing space. The ideal candidate should be skilled at lead generation, client outreach, and managing relationships with decision-makers in IT, EdTech, BFSI, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and business leaders
• Pitch staffing solutions and services to potential clients
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client needs
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
Required Skills:
• 3-6 years in B2B sales or business development (preferably in recruitment/staffing)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus
