Job Description:
L1 Support Executive
Location:
Pune – Willingness to travel as required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in L1 Support, preferably in Banking / Financial Services / KPO environment

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical and functional support to clients/end-users for fintech or banking software applications.
Act as the first point of contact for support queries, ensuring timely logging, categorization, and resolution or escalation of issues.
Monitor, track, and respond to incoming tickets and calls using helpdesk or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick resolution and client satisfaction.
Assist in user onboarding, basic application training, and documentation as required.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and update ticket statuses accurately.
Travel to client sites for on-ground support, training, or deployments as needed.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an L1 support or client servicing role in the Fintech / Banking / KPO sector.
Strong understanding of financial systems, banking processes, or fintech platforms.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written (English mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
Ability to handle basic troubleshooting (software/application-related).
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations (local/interstate).
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to ticketing systems, CRM tools, or service desk operations.
Familiarity with KPO operations, banking processes, or NBFC/fintech workflows.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
