Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

Review, classify, and/or remove content per guidelines.

Stay updated on client policies.

Investigate, resolve, and escalate content issues.

Provide customer support via live chat.

Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

Document interactions and feedback accurately.

Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.

Must-Have Skills

1–3 years of customer support experience (phone, email, or chat).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail with good decision-making ability.

Emotional resilience and stress management skills.

Ability to multitask; typing speed 30 WPM preferred.

Flexibility for rotational shifts, including weekends.

Ready to work from office.

Experience in voice process/online advertising is a plus.
