Job Description:

Required Experience:

15 to 20 years (10 years in Real Estate industry)

KRA :

1. Manage sales operations across multiple project sites. Lead, guide, and evaluate multiple on-site sales teams. Conduct weekly performance reviews.

2. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers with in assigned territory.

3. Translate business unit sales strategy into actionable targets for team members.

4. Constant review with the marketing team for lead support. Knowledge of projects in Market.

5. Drive CP onboarding and expansion strategies across all managed sites. Resolve escalations cross sites in coordination with city leadership.

6. Work closely with developer stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. Optimize resource deployment across teams.

7. Compiling and analysing sales figures, sharing the DSR on the daily basis with the senior management.
