Job Description:
1. Sales & Business Development
Sell insurance products to new and existing clients, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
Conduct client needs analysis and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
3. Product Knowledge
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, including features, benefits, and exclusions.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
4. Sales Reporting & Administration
Accurately record sales data, client interactions, and relevant details in CRM systems.
Submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Actively promote the company’s brand and values.
