Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to drive Eminence's business growth
by identifying the company's key specializations and forming partnerships with clients who need a
consultative approach to brand building. The specialist will focus on aligning Eminence's strengths with
clients' needs for long-term, strategic brand development, ensuring sustained growth through meaningful
collaborations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA
preferred.
• Extensive experience in business development or strategic sales, particularly in marketing
solutions and research services.
• Deep understanding of strategic communication and its impact on business transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Day-to-Day Deliverables:
• Manage the sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals, aiming to exceed annual
sales targets.
• Analyze client requirements to create customized solutions that meet their objectives.
• Help design, prepare, and present communication strategies and proposals to improve the client's
business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key company decision-makers.
• Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to deliver effective client
solutions.
