  • The role demands excellent multilingual communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong multitasking abilities are essential to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • The executive assistant contributes to enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, anticipating executive needs, and proactively resolving issues.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate communication across multiple languages to support diverse teams and clients.
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist in project management tasks and follow up on action items.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
