Job Description:
An International Sales Executive in the pharmaceutical industry is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within international markets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building relationships with international clients, and adapting to diverse market dynamics. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share in international territories.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for new clients and exploring new markets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including distributors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
Product Promotion:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, providing product information and answering customer inquiries.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Travel:
Travel to international markets to attend conferences, meet with clients, and conduct market visits.
Required Skills:
