Job Description for the Production Executive (Food Industry):

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and timelines.

• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular food safety checks.

• Oversee raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Supervise production staff, manage shift schedules, and resolve personnel issues.

• Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.

• Address production-related issues, including machinery, staff, or raw material concerns.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, downtime, and raw material usage.

• Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams for operational success.

• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and relevant industry regulations.

• Train and guide team members on production processes and safety protocols.

• Prepare reports on production performance and suggest process improvements.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Biotechnology or related field. 

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), MS Word, and MS Excel.

• Willingness to work and/or relocate to Noida.

• Diet preference: Non-vegetarian

Work duration: 9 h / day (6:30 am to 3:30 pm; 3pm to 12am).

Salary offered: Negotiable as per relevant experience in the Food industry.
