Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of proven success in marketing IT consultants (H1B, H1 Transfers, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) to various clients and vendors in the US market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market available consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and clients for consistent requirements.
  • Understand the skills and experience of consultants and find suitable opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates and prepare consultants for interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of consultants and regularly follow up with clients/vendors.
  • Update and maintain internal databases, submission trackers, and status reports.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interviews.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing).
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, and USC candidates.
  • Must have good vendor contacts and established relationships.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
