Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office files and storage systems, ensuring documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Operate office equipment including fax machines, scanners, and copiers to manage document processing.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth office functioning.
