We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, promoting products or services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using a provided database.
• Present and promote products/services to customers over the phone.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records using CRM tools.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on company offerings.
• Handle objections professionally and work to convert leads into customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing.
• Gather feedback and relay customer concerns to the appropriate department
