📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
- Focus on hiring for Blue Collar/Non-IT roles (delivery staff, warehouse workers, field executives, etc.).
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to meet staffing demands efficiently and on time.
*🔍 Requirements:*
- 0–5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce hiring is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
